الحقّ ما عليه الجمهور من أن الحائض والنفساء إذا طهرتا قبل الفجر، ثم أدركهما الفجر قبل الاغتسال، صحّ صومهما؛ لعدم ما يمنع منه شرعًا، والذي خالف هذا لَمْ يأت بحجة مقنعة، فتبصّر، والله تعالى أعلم بالصواب، وإليه المرجع والمآب.
